I’m a people-first, craft-focused design leader based in the SF Bay Area with 18+ years experience creating enterprise and consumer products.
Previously, I was Head of Design and Executive Director at frog in San Francisco. I’m currently consulting as an independent contractor, collaborating with product and tech organizations in the Bay Area.
Recent select projects include:
Lululemon - Spearheaded complex, multi-phase design initiative collaborating with Lululemon’s Head of Product, resulting in a new vision for their online shopping experience and key product features that improved customer engagement and significantly reduced online returns.
Google Pixel - Led research, concept and product design phase to define Pixel’s future OS launch, resulting in exec stakeholder buy-in, new differentiated UX features, and increase in Pixel sales post-release.
McGraw Hill Education - Directed multi-product design initiative over several years to extend and create new enterprise products for K-12 students and teachers to serve over 7 million users, resulting in increase to McGraw Hill’s K-12 product sales and improved student and teacher experience.
LinkedIn - Orchestrated and contributed to research, content, and design of LinkedIn Product Team’s career growth framework and supporting materials, resulting in improved employee experience and up-leveling of design team skill set, product thinking, and design craft.
